The Arnott’s Group portfolio of brands continues the 157-year legacy of the Arnott family, providing quality, great tasting food to create delicious moments for consumers around the world. 

The Arnott’s Group is headquartered in Sydney with a presence across the Asia Pacific region. Our portfolio includes the iconic Arnott’s biscuit brand along with Campbell’s products in Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan, gourmet crackers from 180degrees in New Zealand and a cereal and snacks division, based in Australia, called Good Food Partners. 

We have manufacturing operations at Huntingwood (NSW), Marleston (SA), Virginia (QLD), Shepparton (VIC), Leeton (NSW), Scoresby (Victoria), Auckland (NZ), Bekasi (Indonesia) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). 

We make 1045+ products across Australia, New Zealand and Asia ranging from soups to stocks, meal bases, beverages, biscuits, crackers, pasta sauces, cereals, and snacks.

We have over 4,000 employees across 16 sites and source raw material from 190+ suppliers with over 75% locally sourced in Australia and New Zealand.

Application Process

Key Dates

  1. Application Form

    Candidates must complete an application form to support their application to The Arnott’s Group. The application form is a combination of your personal profile, program eligibility, program selection, education details, and employment experiences.

  2. Blended Online Psychometric Assessment

    Once the application forms have been reviewed, eligible candidates will receive an email invitation to complete a blended online psychometric assessment which is a combination of online testing and video interview, measuring aptitude and behaviours that align to the unique needs of the Arnott’s Group Graduate Program. Once you have completed these assessments, you will receive feedback on how you went. 

  3. Assessment Centre

    We will be conducting both in person and virtual assessment. The Assessment Centres will involve a group activity and an interview.

  4. Pre-Employment Checks

    The final part of our process will be to conduct reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and confirm your right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
