Pricing and Policy
Our Pricing and Policy team works across different industries, including water, local government, energy and transport.
Graduates help analyse proposals, review data and evidence, assess stakeholder feedback and contribute to advice, reports and decisions. This could include work on water prices, local government rate peg and special variation applications, developer contributions, retail energy markets, solar feed-in tariffs, public transport fares or other reviews requested by the NSW Government.
Regulation and Compliance
Our Regulation and Compliance team helps regulate important industries and schemes in NSW. This includes work on the safety and reliability of water, electricity and gas industries, as well as energy schemes that support genuine energy savings and peak demand reduction.
Graduates help review information, analyse compliance data, support audits or investigations, prepare briefings and contribute to work that identifies risks, issues and trends. This work supports better outcomes for customers and helps safeguard NSW’s energy future.
Legal
Our Legal team provides legal services to the Tribunal and IPART teams.
Graduates help with legal research, statutory interpretation, legal advice, determinations, licences, contracts, briefs, correspondence and governance processes.
This work helps make sure IPART exercises its functions lawfully and makes decisions through clear and transparent processes.
Corporate Services
Our Corporate Services team supports IPART’s people, systems and business operations.
Graduates contribute to work across finance, human resources, information technology, risk and compliance, procurement, project coordination and business improvement. This work helps IPART deliver timely, expert and strategic advice and services.
