Express your interest in attending our virtual information session at 12.30pm on 30th July by emailing your full name and email address to graduates@ipart.nsw.gov.au

At IPART, our work affects everyday life in NSW.

We are an independent NSW Government agency that makes decisions and recommendations on essential services people rely on, including water, energy, transport and local government.

Governments need independent advice to help make complex decisions about prices, funding, regulation and service delivery. These decisions often involve balancing different interests: what customers can afford, what service providers need to operate sustainably, and what is fair for the broader community.

That is where IPART plays an important role.

We review evidence, analyse data, consult with stakeholders and provide independent advice to help government and decision-makers understand the costs, benefits and impacts of different options. Our role is to help make sure essential services are fairly priced, financially sustainable and working in the long-term interests of the people of NSW.

For graduates, this means the chance to use your skills on work that matters. You will contribute to analysis, advice and decisions that affect households, businesses and communities across NSW.

Application Process

We want the application process to be clear, fair and accessible.

You will move through a staged recruitment process. Each stage helps us learn more about your skills, experience, interests and suitability for the IPART Graduate Program.

We can make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. If you need an adjustment to take part, complete an assessment or attend an interview, please let us know so we can discuss what support may be needed. For support or to request an adjustment, contact the HR team: hrenquiry@ipart.nsw.gov.au or 02 9372 9178.
