How does our Program work?

The Early Careers program commences in February 2023 and runs for 18 months. As part of our program, you will have:

You will be partnered with a team in your respective disciplines and the responsibilities will be dependent on the team you will be working with. Your manager will agree deliverables and goals for your role and you will be embedded in your team from day one.

At the end of the 18 months, those graduates who demonstrate high performance and make a significant impact will be offered permanent positions either with your program team or within other areas of the organisation.
