Application Process

To apply for our Early Careers Program, select all roles of interest and complete the application form. As part of the application process, you will need to provide:  

• A cover letter, telling us what you can bring to the First Sentier Investors team and how we can help you with your career aspirations  
• Your resume, outlining your qualifications and any relevant previous work experience   
• Your most recent academic transcript 

If you are currently completing a second or postgraduate degree, please include transcripts from your previous degree as part of your application. 

Following a review of your application by the recruitment team, successful candidates will:  

1. Submit a video interview for review by the recruitment team 
2. Complete a profile assessment which consists of 5 short online games that look at different elements of your cognitive, emotional, and social traits.  
3. Attend an assessment centre to complete a case study relevant to the role, followed by panel interviews with the hiring managers and team representatives
4. Undergo a reference check prior to an offer 

Eligibility criteria

Eligible candidates must: 

• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years, or be due to complete a degree prior to commencement 
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of application.

Temporary visa holders are not eligible for our programs.
