  1. Apply Online

Apply directly through Graduate Connect or the Vincents website. Your submission should include:

    • CV: Showcase any work experience, academics, extracurriculars, and qualifications.
    • Cover Letter (1 page): Explain your interest what you will bring to the role.
    • Academic Transcripts: Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.
    • Working Rights Evidence: Attach a scan/copy of your birth certificate, passport, or Visa.
  2. Virtual Interview

Upon review, if selected, you'll be invited for a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams:

    • Warm-up question + 3 assessable questions.
    • Assessing communication skills and response quality.
    • Estimated time: 20-30 minutes
  3. Online Assessment

Once we have reviewed your application for eligibility, you will be invited to complete a Skill Assessment.

    • The online assessment is a specific work-life scenario to assess various competencies and skills.
    • You will receive a tailored feedback report of completing your assessment.
  4. Face-to-Face Interviews
      • First Round: Meet Peers and/or Senior Leaders/Directors of your applied team.
      • Second Round: Informal interview with the Head of Business Unit and/or Director of your team.

Explore Mutual Fit: Discuss how your skills and aspirations align with the team's goals. Showcase Your Potential: Demonstrate your capability and passion for your preferred areas of interest. Ask Questions: Use this time to gain deeper insights into the team dynamics and expectations.

  5.  Reference and Pre-employment Checks

Following successful interviews, we will conduct reference and pre-employment checks. This step involves verifying any previous employment, qualifications, and other relevant details.
