Application Process

  1. Online Application

    If you feel like Ivory Group could be the place for you, the first step is to submit your application to us online by attaching both your updated resume and cover letter.

  2. Informal Phone Interview

    If our Recruitment Team then believe we could be a good fit for you, they will give you a call to conduct an initial phone interview. In this conversation they will attempt to find out more about yourself, including your professional experience, your motivators, what you are looking for, and both your professional and personal goals.

  3. Face to Face Interviews (2-3 Stages)

    We have a 2-3 stage interview process where you will be invited into our office to meet with our Directors and/or key Leadership Team. These interviews will give us the opportunity get to know you in more depth and why you believe recruitment is the right career path for you, whilst also giving you the opportunity to ask questions and determine your suitability to us. You can expect to leave our interviews with a strong understanding of who we are, what our core values stand for, and what a tailored career could look like for you at Ivory Group.

    With our strong focus on learning and development, we will always give you a call with feedback after each interview, regardless of whether you have been successful in progressing to the next stage or not.

  4. Pre-Employment Checks

    Before we can make an offer and progress you to the final stage, we will need to conduct some formal pre-employment checks. These may include reference checks with your previous employers or relevant working rights checks. 

  5. Offer Extended and Employment Finalised

    We hope that at this stage we find ourselves successfully extending an offer of employment to you and finalising your start with us. There is no need to be nervous and we anticipate you will be feeling just as excited as we are! Our Ivory Team are all so welcoming, friendly, and ready to support you through our comprehensive training and induction program.
