We’re a people-first recruitment consultancy, partnering with clients and candidates across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Government sectors. Since 2011, Ivory Group has built a strong reputation for delivering genuine value not only through placements, but by developing long-term partnerships grounded in trust.

Our Graduate Program offers a clear and hands-on entry into recruitment. You’ll be supported with tailored training, mentorship, and ongoing development, designed to set you up for long-term success.

Our impact is recognised industry-wide. We're honoured to have been named Medium Recruitment Agency of the Year at the 2022 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards and are a celebrated SEEK SARA finalist four years running.

What sets us apart is our people instincts and our ability to understand individuals beyond the resume. We care deeply about long-term outcomes and take pride in building meaningful relationships. Our culture values curiosity, growth, and ambition, and we’re committed to creating a space where people can thrive both professionally and personally.

We’ve built an energetic, values-led team that brings passion, purpose, and care to everything we do. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for like-minded individuals who are ready to learn, contribute, and develop in an environment that nurtures connection and sharpens instincts.

At Ivory Group, you’ll find more than a professional habitat. You’ll find your herd.
