Our Purpose

 

Striver is the evolution of the work we have been doing since 2013 with a business formerly known as Grad Mentor. Over that time we had supported over 500 students to find ongoing jobs in the Financial Planning and Accounting professions. We have kept all the components that our clients and students loved from the Grad Mentor process and delivered in an enhanced proposition.

 

Our Process

 

We identify top graduates through our university pre-qualification process which involves intensive personality and cognitive testing. Top-performing graduates are introduced to our leading financial firm partners. Successful graduates are invited to participate in a paid mentorship program to develop expertise and career opportunities. Along with nurturing outstanding talent, Striver is highly beneficial to our industry partners, as the process allows each firm to work with the chosen graduate prior to offering them full-time employment.
