Specialist Medical Services Group manages and leads several medical services at both Primary Care (Specialist GP) and Secondary Care (Specialist Physicians/Surgeons) settings. We are a group established by a team of health and management professionals with a passion for providing affordable and excellent quality of healthcare services.

All centres are multidisciplinary medical practices that provides comprehensive clinical services. They are all managed by Specialist Medical Services (SMS). For the Earlwood location, we are also the FIRST and ONLY medical centre in NSW that is accredited by Veteran Evaluation Services in the United States to provide clinical review and certification for American Veterans in Australia.

Here at Specialist Medical Services Group, we pride ourselves in providing patients with the best information, choice and medical and social care. We offer a full range of clinical services including chronic disease care, antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups. The practices have been fully computerised. We are linked electronically for the receipt of test results and patient registrations. Correspondence is scanned and recorded on patient records.

We have an on-site Laverty Pathology Collection Room which caters for all patients' blood test and pathology investigation needs. We also have onsite X-Ray, Doppler and Ultrasound scans in the Earlwood and Bangor location. Patients do not need to cross the border to the next suburb to get basic imaging done anymore.
