Application Process
Here is a guide to our Graduate application and assessment process.
1. Online Application
Submit your online application, including your resume, cover letter and transcripts. Make sure you include details about work experience (not just internships), education and extracurricular activities - we want to learn more about you as a whole person, not just your academics!
2. Online Assessments
Complete our game-based online assessments that use interactive scenarios to understand your behavioural traits, problem-solving approach and potential in an engaging, bias-free environment.
3. On-Demand Interview
Record video responses to a few questions that help us learn about your motivations and capabilities.
4. Assessment Day (in-person)
Spend the day with us and learn more about our business and graduate program, connect with hiring managers and showcase your capabilities through a range of group and individual activities.
5. Interview (virtual or in-person)
In some cases, we may also ask for an individual interview.
6. Offer
Before we make an offer, we do police and qualification checks and you will need to complete a pre-employment medical.ย
