What is the Graduate Academy?

Quantium's Graduate Academy is an essential part of our comprehensive learning and development strategy. This 12-month program is designed to transform you from a recent university graduate into a high-performing, integral member of the team. 

From day one, you will be learning from the industry’s best and brightest either working with clients or on products that power industries. There are monthly knowledge shares, always-on e-learning, events and competitions.

After successfully completing the program, meeting your technical and developmental milestones, you'll be ready for a well-deserved promotion where you’ll get the opportunity to rotate to a new business area, expanding your industry knowledge, technical skills, and coding proficiency.

The path to promotion is a collaborative effort, and you won't be alone on this journey. Our dedicated Graduate Academy Program Manager will guide you, along with receiving on the job feedback from your dedicated People Leader.  All of this is supplemented by regular professional development, technical training, and coaching. You should expect a supportive environment with leadership guidance, engaging events, competitions, and plenty of social activities.

Following the Graduate Academy, you'll seamlessly transition into Advance program. This next step is all about maintaining your momentum, preparing for a more senior role. It is also about building leadership skills – invaluable for those aspiring to manage teams and excel in leadership positions.

We focus on giving you exposure, experience and education to ensure your career is set up for success in your craft. We will help you to build your knowledge and skills through hands on experiences while being guided by leaders, mentors and technical communities.

Our aim is to find you and more grads like you from broad educational disciplines and backgrounds who will continue to innovate, ideate and inspire how businesses do business in our world.

What does it take to get in?

We have two eligibility criteria; graduation date and working rights.

Graduation date:

You must be either currently studying in your final year or have completed your studies within 18 months of the start date (i.e. graduated mid-last year). If you’re earlier in your studies, check out our Summer Internship opportunities. Working rights:

We are looking for Australian and New Zealand citizens, Australian Permanent Residents, and eligible visa holders.

Sachin Sundaravadivel award

This annual award, announced at our overnight Quantium Day event recognises individuals from our graduate cohorts who have excelled beyond expectations, not just technically or in capability, but also in their adaptation to working life and contribution to Quantium’s purpose and values.

We celebrate this achievement in memory of Sachin, who joined us as a graduate in 2015 and sadly passed away in 2019 from cancer
