How to apply to our Graduate Program opening 24 March 2025
Return to this page when applications open on 24 March 2025 to be directed to the application page. You will be required to upload your CV, a copy of your most recent academic transcripts for all relevant qualifications and provide any other information specified in the advert.
- Online testing
If you meet the selection criteria of an advertised position, you may be invited to complete online testing in April 2025. These tests are designed to help assess your suitability for the role.
- Coordinator interview
If shortlisted to progress to the next stage based on your testing results, you will get the chance to learn more about PTAโs program and meet your potential graduate coordinator and supervisor at an interview in mid-late May 2025. Reference checks and a PTA Integrity check will also be conducted following interviews.
- Applicant notification
Emails will be sent to all applicants notifying them of the outcome of the process in early-mid June 2025.
- Pre-employment checks
Appointed applicants will be receive an offer in late June 2025. These offers are subject to pre-employment checks including a medical assessment to verify physical fitness to perform the duties of the position and provision of a national police clearance. These pre-employment checks will be undertaken late November / Early December 2025.
