We are a collaborative, high-performing Project and Program Management team delivering complex infrastructure across transport, water, and renewable energy.

As a Project Management Intern, you will be supporting day-to-day delivery activities and helping with coordination tasks while learning from experienced project and program managers.

How you’ll make a difference:

Support the delivery of major infrastructure programs by helping with schedule, budget, and quality tracking under guidance (e.g., maintaining registers, logs, and dashboards).
Help prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications, including meeting minutes, action trackers, and presentation materials.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist in monitoring progress and identifying risks or issues, supporting in updates to risk registers and mitigation actions.
Contribute across all project stages—from initial planning through delivery and into operation—by helping with PMO processes, governance activities, and status reporting under supervision.

Qualifications

Summer Intern attributes: Interns who are curious and excited to apply their studies in a professional environment. You'll bring strong communication and teamwork skills, a positive and proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Civil or Construction Services.
Commencement: Able to work full time hours from 16 November 2026 – 19 February 2027.
Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia and New Zealand before applying.
