About Good Change

Good Change is a fun, innovative New Zealand brand on a mission to make everyday cleaning more sustainable, stylish and enjoyable!

Our range of beautifully designed, eco-friendly cleaning products is stocked in Harris Farm Markets across Sydney, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing student to help us grow our presence in-store.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, proactive and creative person to become our Good Change Brand Ambassador at just one Harris Farm store.

This is a flexible role involving one store visit per week, with the occasional opportunity to run an in-store product demonstration.

Your job is to make sure Good Change looks fantastic on the shelves, build great relationships with the store team and find creative ways to get more customers discovering and buying our products.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Merchandising & Stock Management

Visit the store weekly to tidy, replenish and merchandise our products.
Ensure the full range is displayed beautifully, with correct pricing and signage.
Check stock levels and work with the store team to identify products needing replenishment.
Take before and after photos of displays and provide a quick update after each visit.

2. Building Store Relationships

Develop a great relationship with the Store Manager and team.
Help staff understand our products, their benefits and what makes Good Change different.
Encourage the store team to get behind the brand and recommend our products to customers.

3. Increasing Sales & Visibility

Look for opportunities to secure additional displays or better shelf positioning.
Install shelf wobblers and other promotional material.
Share creative ideas to help Good Change stand out and encourage more sales.
Occasionally run fun, interactive in-store demonstrations to introduce customers to the range.

4. Social Media & Content Creation

Capture fun photos and short videos of our products in-store.
Create simple, engaging content we can share through Good Change's social channels.
Help promote the Harris Farm store and our products to local customers.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you are:

Friendly, confident and comfortable chatting with store staff and customers.
Proactive, reliable and happy working independently.
Creative, with an eye for great-looking displays.
Interested in marketing, sales, retail, sustainability or social media.
Comfortable taking photos and creating simple social content.
Enthusiastic about representing a growing, innovative brand.

Previous merchandising experience isn't necessary. We're more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, initiative and personality!

What's in It for You?

Flexible hours that work around university commitments.
Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, merchandising and brand development.
The opportunity to get creative and contribute your own ideas.
Experience working directly with the founders of a growing New Zealand brand.
Occasional additional paid hours for in-store demonstrations and promotions.
