As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Content Operations Intern to join our Live Operations team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of live content, talent management, and campaign preparation.

The Content Operations Intern will assist in handling PK operations, audition screening for new host hires, and campaign creative preparation to enhance user experience on EloElo.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of content and trends, proficiency in Canva for creative design, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

PK Operations Management:

Assist in the organization and execution of PK (Player-Knockout) events, ensuring smooth content flow and real-time management during live sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., BD, content strategy) to ensure proper preparation for PK events, including scheduling, communication, and troubleshooting any live issues.
Help gather and analyze feedback from PK events to ensure continuous improvement.

Audition Screening for New Host Hiring:

Review and assess audition submissions from potential hosts, ensuring they meet EloElo’s standards for engagement, personality, and on-camera presence.
Assist with communication with candidates throughout the audition process.
Work closely with the content and talent teams to shortlist the best candidates for final selection.

Campaign Creative Preparation:

Design visually engaging promotional content for upcoming campaigns, events, and live shows using Canva (or similar tools).
Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to ensure that creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns across various social media channels, newsletters, and in-app promotions.

Content Understanding & Support:

Stay up to date with emerging trends in live video content, social media, and digital engagement.
Assist with content curation, helping to shape and refine the types of content showcased on the platform.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve user engagement and content strategy based on data and feedback.

General Support:

Provide administrative support to the Content Operations team in various ongoing tasks.
Assist with community engagement tasks, ensuring that user feedback is recorded and communicated effectively.

Required Skills and Abilities

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Spark, Figma) to create visually appealing content.
Content Understanding: A strong interest or experience in social media, content creation, or live streaming platforms.
Strong Communication Skills: Able to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with audition candidates.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues in live events or content submissions and act quickly to resolve them.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various content management tools and platforms (experience with video editing or live-streaming platforms is a plus).
Creative Mindset: Innovative thinker with an eye for trends and design, capable of contributing fresh ideas for campaigns.
Experience with Video Platforms (e.g., Zoom, Twitch, YouTube Live) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in content operations, social media, or live streaming platforms.
Knowledge of PK operations and talent management processes in live content environments.
Experience with basic video editing or multimedia creation.
