Bonus leave

We recognise that our employees have different circumstances. Our additional 10 days of bonus leave will give you the option to either take additional leave when required or as a financial bonus.

Parental leave

Parental leave encompasses maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. We are proud to offer 18 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, as well as a guaranteed flexible return to work option during the first six months back at work.

Personal and carer’s leave

We recognise the importance of wellness and family responsibilities. Use your paid personal leave to take time off if you need time off to care for dependents, if feeling physically ill or just need a mental health day.

FINANCIAL PERKS

Cor Cordis referral program

We offer financial incentives to our staff who have referred a qualified candidate to a role. A bonus payment is paid to the referrer once the candidate completes their probation period.

Financial and study support

We offer study leave for CA ANZ or CPA and ARITA qualifications.  We also provide financial support for membership fees for professional associations.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
