Social Media & Content Creator (Part-Time, In-Office)

Location: Double Bay, Sydney

Days: 2 days per week

Pay: Up to $250 per day (depending on experience)

I’m looking for a sharp, creative social media marketer to help build my personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

This is an in-office role based in Double Bay. You’ll work closely with me day-to-day, shadowing real client conversations, deals and ideas, then turning them into high-performing short-form content fast.

The Role

You will help ideate, shoot, edit and publish short-form content designed to stop the scroll and drive action.

This includes:

Filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn video)
Developing hooks, storylines and CTAs
Publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
Jumping into brainstorms and executing ideas the same day
Studying what performs and iterating quickly
Helping shape a brand aimed at high-performance founders, operators and investors
Building and distributing simple lead magnets, particularly via LinkedIn

What I’m Looking For

You live and breathe short-form content (hooks, pacing, retention)
Young and native to social media platforms - e.g. you know what hits
Confident filming and editing
Comfortable using TikTok and Instagram for brand growth
Confident building and distributing lead magnets
Fast idea generation and execution
Solid editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
Genuine interest in founders, startups, business, AI, property or finance

Bonus Points

You have an existing online profile with follower base
Experience working with creators or personal brands
Familiarity with viral formats or high-performing posts
Strong intuition for what makes people stop, watch and engage
