Entry-level role designed for a graduate to gain hand-on experience in sales, business development and stakeholder engagemenr. This role focusing on learning, executing support and contributing to a set-up outcome under guidance.

Key Responsibities:

1) Lead Development: assist in identifying new businss oppotunities across sectors (Healthcare, Education, Communities and Referral Networks).

2) Business Development Support: a) assist in inentifying potential referral channel and partnership oppotunities; b) support the preparation materials; c) organise the company participation in industry events and stakeholder engagements where required; d) arrange outreach activities to potential partners and referral sources; e) work with senior team members to support the implementation of new businee opportunities.

3) Marketing Strategy: a) identify target markets, referral sources and growth oppotunities; b) develop marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website and other appropriate channels; c) develop content and promotional materials that clearly communicate the company;s services and value propsition.

4) Sales: work with Intake team (bookings, emails, phone calls, etc), including Allied Health & Pead clinic booking is is required.

Required based on specific tasks.

***Subject to satifactory performance during the probationary period, it is expected that the employee will transition to a minimum of 4 days per week, or full-time employment after the probation. The transition will be based on the employee's performance, suitability for the role and the company's operational requirement.
