About the Roles

Financial Planning & Wealth Management Pathways:

• Begin in roles like Client Service Officer or Associate Adviser, with a development path toward becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• Work alongside licensed advisers to craft wealth-building strategies and deliver Statements of Advice (SOAs)
• Gain exposure to real-world tools such as Xplan and CRMs
• Transition into Wealth Management by working across investment services, portfolio construction, and funds management
