We are looking for recent graduates to join one of our Graduate Programs in: Financial Planning, Accounting or Wealth Management where graduates are placed with a business that matches your career aspirations, skill set and personality and progress with a career in the industry! 

Striver has a legacy of coaching and placing students into their first professional role since 2008, and have since kick-started careers for over 1000 students within a network of over 750 businesses across Australia.

About the roles: 

For Accounting: 

*Progress from an entry level position into an exciting career path such as accounting assistant/ graduate accountant to a CA/CPA

*Working within various areas of accounting, including business services, corporate accounting, taxation, or assurance 

*Working with public practice duties, tax returns and BAS

For Financial Planning and Wealth Management:

*If Financial advice is your area of interest, progress from an entry level position into a career path starting as client service officer/associate adviser through to a Certified financial planner (CFP). 

*Work with Financial advisers and their teams to design wealth accumulation strategies for clients such delivering statements of advice (SOA).

*Learn and utilise software such as X plan and Coin as part of your continued professional development.

*If Wealth Managment is your area of interest, progress from front-of-office client relationship services through to specialty streams in investment and funds management.

*Previous communication and relationship-building skills.

*Recent customer service/ retail/ hospitality experience.

*Strong team-based orientation and ability.

*Motivation to build a career in accounting, wealth management or financial planning.

*Current/ completed qualification in Business or Commerce with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning or Economics.
