The Programme
As a Food Science Intern at Kerry Ingredients Thailand, you will:
- Support the development and optimization of coatings and non-coating solutions for a variety of meat products.
- Mainly focused on poultry.
- You will work closely with the R&D team, gaining hands-on experience in formulating, testing, and evaluating ingredients and coatings.
- Contribute to the development of innovative products designed to improve the taste, texture, and visual appeal of meat products.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Preferably study in Food Science or related fields.
- Internship in related field or applicable food processing and technology experience.
- Some background in food science or chemistry, sensory, microbiology, food packaging systems and food processing preferred, ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
- Good English communication skills with ability to communicate in a concise and clear manner both verbally and written.
- Able to travel to customer trial run in domestic and aboard.
