Use your business/commerce degree to start a career in one of the fastest growing professions amongst grads across Australia.

If accepted, you’ll be placed at one of our industry partners in a full time, permanent role, and be part of a grad cohort with other Earlyworkers starting their business sales careers at the same time.

☀️ A day in the life working in sales

The goal:

• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Attend industry events with the focus of driving leads.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Business Development Executive/ Manager.
• Great time management skills, stay up-to-date with new products/ services and new pricing/ payment plans.

☀️ Benefits of working in sales

A career in business sales allows for promotions and salary increases that are aligned with your results.

• A job with high earning potential: all roles include a base salary and commission. Base salaries range from $60,000-$70,000 with total compensation on average at $95,000 in your first year including commission.
• Strong career progression: starting your career in sales can lead you to working with the world’s biggest enterprises, managing sales teams of hundreds, or defining the strategy for how new products go to market.

☀️ Who are we looking for?

Our grad program is for those who have completed their business degree within the last two years and are looking to kick off their professional careers.

You will need to be an Australian Citizen or PR holder to be eligible.

4. Choose the best business sales job for you and start your grad program with your Earlyworker cohort
