Application Process
- Online Application
Ensure your CV is up-to-date and includes any experience and skills relevant to the program or role you are applying to. We recognise that your professional experience may be limited at this early stage of your career. We’re looking for team members who fit with the Automic Way (our culture and values).
- Phone Interview
If we think you’d be a great fit at Automic, a member of our People & Culture team will reach out to arrange a phone interview. The purpose of the phone interview is to get to know you better – we want to know why you want to join Automic.
- Face-To-Face Interviews
The purpose of these interviews is to understand the skills and strengths you can bring to the team. For our Graduate Program, your first-round interview will be with team members who work in one of the teams you may complete a rotation in. Your interviewer will then become your Buddy; they will be there to support your preparation for your second-round interview and your transition into the Graduate Program. Second-round interviews will be with managers or leaders.
- Offer or Feedback
After successfully completing the interview round, we’ll offer you a role in our team!
