Zluri

The Programme 

A Product Management Intern at Zluri will work closely with the product team to support the development and enhancement of Zluri's platform.  

The intern will gain hands-on experience in product strategy, market research, and execution. 

What You Will Do 

• You will work closely with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product scope out product requirements and work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement. 
• You will work closely with Product Design to support the build-out of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate the customer experience. 
• You will test & release the product features by coordinating with the QA team 
• You'll analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities. 
• You will work with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs, and work with them to increase customer adoption.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in product development work, from doing market research and opportunity mapping to crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes integration extensibility, APIs, and enterprise capabilities like role-based access control, audit & reporting, etc.

• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment and proactively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.  

Technical Skills:  

• Prior experience in product development work, from doing market research and opportunity mapping to crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes. 
• Prior software/web development experience and working with Agile Scrum framework. 
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
• Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
