The Programme

This role typically supports the recruitment process and gains hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition. 

In this role, the incumbent will support day-to-day recruitment operation of Unilever's early careers program such as UFLP, ULIP, and UFRESH.

What You Will Do

• Review resumes for various open positions. 
• Assist with operational tasks such as conference room booking, scheduling, and database management. 
• Create artworks for Employer Branding activities. 
• Help plan and organize HR-related events, such as recruitment events for Unilever Future Leader Program (UFLP), U-
• Fresh and company activities. 
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system. 
• Support special talent acquisition projects as needed. 
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Last year student of a bachelor’s degree preferably from Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva. 
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internships is a plus. 
• High level of integrity, excellent organizational skills, and an outgoing personality to facilitate interactions with a wide variety of individuals. 
• Able to work full time at Unilever Thailand HQ, Bangkok, Thailand (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm - hybrid working is possible) 
• Have good proficiency in English (spoken and written)
