We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Technical Projects Intern to support a variety of data and technology-focused initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience across analytics, digital platform support, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data tools (such as Power BI and Python) and an interest in supporting internal systems, reporting, and documentation. You’ll work closely with different teams to help drive smarter decisions and more efficient platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the rollout, testing, and documentation of internal and client-facing digital platforms
• Building and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualisations using tools like Power BI
• Assisting in the development and enhancement of internal systems to improve employee access to resources
• Managing and implementing ongoing SEO updates and website optimisation initiatives
• Supporting subscription and user engagement functionality, including documentation and improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to scope and deliver platform enhancements
• Providing data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
• Documenting processes, enhancements, and user guides to ensure ongoing support and scalability

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with web platforms, dashboards, or digital systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
• Organisational and time management skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a variety of projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
