Pro-Rata Salary Range of $111k Base to $125k Base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 12% Superannuation + Smart Salary Packaging Benefit Options to receive up to $15,900 of your salary tax-free meaning more take-home pay.

 

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic HR Business Partner to join our mission-driven team environment to help shape the future of The George Institute’s thriving inclusive workplace.

Our office is brand new, and purpose built; conveniently located right near the light rail stop—making your commute a breeze!

 

 Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

 

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering end-to-end HR services and initiatives that build a high-performing and engaged culture.

 

  • Partnering with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, including matters involving strategic organisational change.
  • Leading employee relations with empathy and expertise
  • Driving engagement and inclusion across diverse teams
  • Designing and delivering innovative people programs
  • Coaching our current and emerging leaders
  • Using data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborating globally to enhance the employee experience
  • Contributing and leading projects to deliver on our people strategy.

Skills, knowledge and Experience:-

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in HR partnering and employee relations
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a passion for enhancing employee experience
