This role offers hands-on experience in a busy Sydney practice who specialises in Tax Law, working closely with senior solicitors and directors. It is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring lawyer to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical legal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research:* Conducting targeted legislative, case law, and policy research.
• Case & File Management:* Opening new files, maintaining digital matter management systems, and organizing evidentiary bundles.
• General Legal Support:* Assisting with administrative workflows, managing digital archives, and ensuring compliance with practice management standards.

What we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in an LLB or JD (ideally in your 4th or final year of study) at a Sydney-based university.
• Strong academic record.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
