The Programme

We are now hiring Interns for our H2 2025 cohort!  

Internships will start in 2 batches: June 2025 or July 2025. 

Please indicate your availability in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Front Office Quality team in handling customers’ post-sales quality complaints and issues to eliminate dissatisfaction. 
  • Apply & enhance the process to resolve quality complaints quickly & effectively using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software e.g., Salesforce. 
  • Understand the escalation routes for major customer issues to the appropriate organizations and support collaborative resolution in the customers’ best interest. 
  • Use Data Analytics & Visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot & Tableau to identify top quality issues and launch projects & initiatives to address them. 
  • Collaborate with other organizations and various internal & external stakeholders to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers. 
  • Contribute towards the execution of containment actions for known problems. 
  • Implement Issue to Prevention (I2P) processes & frameworks to drive resolution. 
  • Participate in customer site visits to address complaints and present resolutions. 
  • Review Technical Analysis reports before presenting to customers.  
  • Coordinate Technical Expert interventions when required. 
  • Develop logistics management skills, including management & monitoring of warranty returns e.g., RMAs. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.    
  • Customer-oriented mindset.  
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries will be an advantage. 
  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
