We are looking for a talent who is passionate about Human Resources to join us as the Carlyle & Co. Talent & Culture Assistant.  

This position will assist in the administrative support of HR operations including talent acquisition, learning & development and employee engagement.  

This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an essential part of Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board! 

What You Will Do

• Provide support to managers for scheduling of selection interviews, administering training enrolment and organizing associate activities.
• Assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proactive, versatile and passionate in working with people.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. An ability to connect with a local and international workforce, across all levels.
• Detailed minded and high level of work accuracy.
• A strong command of both written and verbal English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
