The Programme

Our strategy, The New Equation, is about how PwC brings together unique combinations of people, powered by technology, galvanizing ourselves as a community of solvers to address those dual challenges.

The foundation of the strategy is our multidisciplinary model, which allows us to help clients build trust and deliver sustained outcomes by bringing together deep expertise across a broad range of capabilities.

The Jump Start Your Career programme allows you to obtain certifications in Salesforce or Microsoft and AI whilst completing your degree.  

This programme also gives you an opportunity to join our South Africa Technology and Innovation Centre (SATIC) once you have completed your academic journey.  

The certification gives you access to PwC resources to enable you to gain skills in digital and technical tools that will assist you in your graduate programme.

Required Skills and Abilities

In your final year/Post graduate year of one of the following degrees:  

• Computer Science;
• BCom;
• Business Science;
• Information Systems- Computer studies stream, not knowledge management. 

With a 60% minimum cumulative average across all years of study.  

To be considered for this programme you should have:  

• An entrepreneurial mindset;
• Be highly motivated, self-motived & self-disciplined;
• A collaborative and inclusive mindset;
• Be able to manage & organize yourself & your activities responsibly and effectively;
• Critical and creative thinking to enhance problem solving abilities;
• Take a systematic approach to your work;
• A digital mindset and use technology effectively to deliver your work;
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
