Our Technology Operations team are a well-regarded and critical partner to the business. In this role you will be given practical responsibility, reporting directly into the Head of Technology with real opportunity to contribute to strategic technology projects and deliver tangible improvements in addition to day to day responsibilities. This role is a technology operations role, with a high degree of client and stakeholder consultation. Responsibilities:
- Technology Owner: Navigate everything from solving operational issues to Vendor Relationship Management to Platform Uplift Projects.
- Be the first point contact for requirements gathering and technology advice internally (strategic or routine) with a view to steering the requestor towards the right resource or solution.
- Elicit requirements and match them with existing platform capabilities or new solutions while maintaining strategic aims to support Pinnacle and our Affiliates.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactive liaison, always acting in the best interests of Pinnacle and Affiliates, ensuring stakeholders receive the right outcomes from our service partners and in general.
- Technology Operations:

- Platform Management and Support is serviced via our MSP however you will ensure that outcomes are being delivered and act as escalation point as required.
- Managing security alerts and advisories from SOC. Ensuring security outcomes are achieved.
- Business Continuity: Planning, Tests, Reviews, and Improvement throughout the year.
- External Security Reviews (VA/PT/Cyber Response): position of responsibility involving coordination, facilitation, and remediation steps. Contribute to security strategy and uplift initiatives.
- ITAM: Ensuring high quality data, validation, and reporting.
- Technology Upskilling: Ensure core technology proficiency of the organisation remains strong, by developing education strategies in response to needs.
