Engineer - Change Management

What You Will Do 

Site Governance of Change Control/Management: 

  • Responsible as site representative in discussion and alignment on Assembly & Test change control standards and requirement. 
  • Work closely with the submitter/engineer to ensure the effective change management plans to address and mitigate risks including change readiness assessment, cross function/stakeholder assessment and change impact. 
  • Handle to adapt with change management system. 
  • Promote awareness of change management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful handling of change. 
  • Coordinate, drive and deliver change related meetings, trainings/briefings to key users. 
  • Develop and implement operational continuous improvement initiatives to better serve our customers’ needs and grow our change management capabilities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested change documentation and reports. 

Site Governance of Document Control: 

  • Responsible as site representative in discussion and alignment on Assembly & Test document control standards and requirement. 
  • Build and maintain document control procedures including hard copy and soft copy document. 
  • Ensure document requested follow QMS formatting requirements (templates, fonts and styles, numbering etc.) 
  • Provide training and support to employees on document control processes, procedures and systems.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of document management.  

Contribute to a Quality first: 

  • Follow and comply with defined procedures to ensure full compliance at work. 
  • Be sensitive to any abnormality; feedback to on any suspicious or abnormality.
  • Identify area of improvement, make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes as well to prevent any non-compliance/non-conformance products. 

Forster teamwork and self-discipline to improve work efficiency: 

  • Demonstrate sense of urgency to support and complete allocated task. 
  • Be disciplined and implement HR policy. Always contact the supervisor for any planned or unplanned attendance. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or any equivalent. example mechanical/electrical engineering. 
  • Preferably 1 year’ experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions.  
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to join us. 
  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English; able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties.
  • Good multitasking, problem solving/troubleshooting and organizational skills.
