What this role is all about

We’re looking for a Junior/Graduate Audio Visual Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in Audio Visual consulting. You'll develop your technical knowledge, gain hands-on project experience and learn from experienced consultants and engineers across a diverse range of projects.

Working alongside industry professionals, you'll support the design and delivery of audio visual solutions while developing the technical, communication and project coordination skills needed for a successful consulting career.

You'll gain exposure to all stages of a project, from concept design and documentation through to coordination, site inspections, testing and commissioning, with plenty of support and mentoring along the way.

How you'll contribute day-to-day

• Support the design and documentation of audio visual systems.
• Assist with AV layouts, schematics, specifications and technical documentation.
• Help coordinate AV requirements with architects, engineers and other building services disciplines.
• Assist with equipment selection, system research and technology evaluations.
• Attend project meetings and collaborate with senior team members.
• Gain exposure to site inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
• Support project delivery and gradually take ownership of work packages as your experience grows.
• Learn about emerging AV technologies and industry best practice.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and industry partners.

• A degree, diploma, trade qualification or relevant experience in a related field.

• Good attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
