Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Graduate

As an EHS Graduate, you will support operations and EHS teams through the practical implementation of EHS requirements of Lendlease operations. This role is predominantly based on-site with some time in our corporate offices. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Assist in the facilitation and implementation of the EHS Management System. Assist in development, implementation and review of SWMS and EHS plans.   

  • Assist in delivering EHS inductions and onboarding activities. Monitor the implementation of EHS controls in the workplace through Lendlease’s EHS Monitoring and inspection processes.   

  • Assist and participate in EHS consultative forums including toolbox talks, builder's briefs, pre-starts and EHS Committees.   

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of compliance registers and EHS records.   

  • Support the preparation of corrections action plans to address non conformances.   

  • Ensure workplace incidents are recorded on Lendlease’s EHS reporting platforms and escalated in accordance with nominated timeframes.   

  • Provide advice, guidance and support to teams to comply with the Global Minimum Requirements.   

  • Raise awareness about the risks of unsafe and at-risk behaviors in the workplace. Look for opportunities to improve how to work well within the team.   

  • Provide support to the workplace team and EHS team members. Able to identity the components of issues at hand and have the ability to identity the best person to contact.

Eligibility & Commitment

  • Graduated with a relevant bachelor’s degree between 2023-2025
  • Must have graduated and be available to work full-time once program commences February 2026
  • At time of application candidates must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency

 

Timeline of Recruitment Process

  • Applications close 6 April 2025
  • If eligible upon application, you will be prompted to complete an Online Psychometric assessment & Video Interview 
  • The final stage is Assessment Centres which will take place in May 2025
