The role

This role offers an opportunity to develop your IT skills and knowledge, and essential soft skills, within our team of experienced and respected IT Professionals.

You will be actively involved in all aspects of the IT Systems management and support for our clients. These responsibilities will include:

• Pro-actively monitor and maintain client systems
• Provide remote, and possibly onsite, support
• Document systems and processes and provide end-user training
• Liaise with other hardware and software vendors on behalf of our clients
• Continue to develop your IT and Professional skills

This is a casual role as we are flexible as to the days and hours of work to accommodate study commitments. We expect it to evolve into a full-time role, subject to the study commitments of the successful candidate.

Intense Technology is a team of experienced IT professionals delivering first class IT solutions and support to SME organisations. As a managed service provider we undertake full responsibility for our clients' IT infrastructure, and advise and assist them in IT related matters.

We've been operating for over 30 years and offer a relaxed and flexible work environment. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Five Dock in Sydney's inner west, with cafés, restaurants, supermarket etc. at our doorstep. We also accommodate work-from-home arrangements.

We are a service focused business and aspects of this role will require you to interact with clients so your communication skills, both verbal and written, will be every bit as important as the traditional technical IT skills.

As our clients are distributed around the greater Sydney metropolitan area it will be helpful if you have a reliable vehicle and current driver licence.
