About Us
INIT is a global leader in intelligent transportation systems (ITS), delivering integrated software, hardware and services that make public transport smarter, safer and more connected.
As we continue to grow in Australia, we're looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our Sydney team and support the delivery of the Opal Next Generation (ONG) program for Transport for NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who wants to learn from an experienced Contracts Manager, gain exposure to major projects, and develop into a commercial professional.
About the role
Working alongside our Contracts Manager, you'll help manage the commercial and contractual aspects of complex customer and supplier agreements while supporting procurement activities, commercial governance, compliance and financial reporting across major projects.
Rather than sitting behind a desk reviewing contracts all day, you'll work with project managers, engineers, procurement and leadership to ensure commercial obligations are understood, implemented and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll gain hands-on experience across contracts, procurement, governance, compliance, reporting and commercial operations, with genuine mentoring and development as you grow.
Graduates with strong commercial aptitude are encouraged to apply.
