About the role 

We are seeking Applications for Laing O’Rourke's Graduate Programme 2027. The role is in our Human Resources team, so we are seeking candidates with a relevant background.

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme commences in January each year. The programme is designed for recent university graduates and aims to stretch and challenge while focusing on developing the essential foundations for a successful career. Graduate rotations allow for work across a variety of exciting projects, placements and positions.
