The Arches Agri Grad Program is a brand-new program aiming to work towards an Australian agriculture industry that is better resourced and more resilient for the future. Created by McDonald’s Australia together with supply chain partners Ingham’s, McCain Foods and Turosi, the program supports new faces with innovative ideas across the Australian agriculture supply chain.
Ingham’s is Australia and New Zealand’s largest integrated poultry producer, McCain Foods works with more than 120 local growers, and Turosi is one of Australia’s leading food manufacturers.
**Arches Agri Grad Program is being promoted by Herd MSL on behalf of McDonald’s Australia and its supply chain partners, Ingham’s, McCain Foods and Turosi. Successful graduates will be employed directly by one of these industry partners **
Background
Arches Agri Grads will commence in February 2027, with three graduate positions available.
Graduates will be employed by Ingham’s, McCain Foods or Turosi and complete 3 to 5 rotations across different functions of their allocated employer. Rotations may include farming, hatchery, milling, planning, marketing, agronomy, commercial and innovation, supply chain and manufacturing.
Roles are based across Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, with some travel required for Arches Agri program activities.

The program runs from February 2027 to August 2028, providing graduates with employment, training, development and industry engagement opportunities from the beginning of their careers.
