The role is suited to individuals with strong academic records who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and initiative. The ideal candidate will bring a common-sense attitude, a willingness to work hard, and an aptitude for working in fast-paced settings. Some legal experience is desirable, although not necessary – all are encouraged to apply.

Your day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to:

• Drafting correspondence and legal documents under supervision of Partner/Senior lawyer
• Assist with preparation for Court
• Court filing
• Document inspection at the Court
• Photocopying at the Court
• Indexing Disclosure and Court documents
• Undertaking legal research
• Scanning documents and file management in Affinity Practice Management System
• Assist with email file management
• Assist with preparing Briefs for Counsel
• General correspondence and document filing
• File archiving
• Working collaboratively with and take instruction from administrative team
• Deliveries, ail collection and general errands as required
• Administrative tasks as required
