About Us

Genesis Traffic is a dynamic and vibrant traffic planning and design consultancy located in Pymble. We are a busy consulting practice working within the building design domain specialising in car park design and assessments. We work closely with architects and developers to progress their developments from concept to construction.

Opportunity

We are currently seeking full-time Civil/Transport stream graduates (or students nearing completion) to join our team and gain practical experience in a nurturing working environment. We will train you with the necessary technical skills to undertake various tasks, including assisting engineers/senior engineers with:

• Navigating architectural plans using AutoCAD.
• Setting up and composing technical reports.
• Reviewing car park and access designs according to AS2890 criteria.
• Testing car park adequacy using AutoTurn.
• Collaborating with architects and project managers.
• Conducting traffic modelling.
• Handling general administrative tasks.

Criteria

If you believe you meet the below description and are eager to gain practical experience in the field of traffic and transport planning, we encourage you to apply. 

• Degree (or near completion) in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or related discipline.
• Available to work full-time, starting from June/July.
• Proactive in nature, displaying a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Attentive to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Takes pride in executing tasks effectively and efficiently.
