Main Responsibilities

• • Design and Build Copilot Agents
    Assist in creating intelligent agents using Copilot Studio to automate tasks, summarise content, and interact with users across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Develop Power Automate Flows
    Build and maintain Power Automate workflows that integrate AI services, automate business processes, and connect Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Integrate AI Models into M365 Workflows
    Use AI services to enhance productivity tools with intelligent features like summarization, classification, and decision support.
  • Data Preparation and Analysis
    Work with structured and unstructured data from Microsoft 365 (e.g., emails, documents, Teams chats) to train or fine-tune AI models.
  • Experimentation and Evaluation
    Run experiments to test Copilot agent performance, user interaction quality, and automation reliability.
  • Monitoring and Optimization
    Monitor deployed agents and flows, analyse usage patterns, and optimize for performance and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    Maintain clear documentation of agent logic, automation flows, and AI model behavior. Present findings to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Across Teams
    Work closely with software engineers, architects, and business analysts to align AI solutions with enterprise goals.
  • Ethical AI Practices
    Learn and apply responsible AI principles, including transparency, fairness, and user privacy.
  • Continuous Learning
    Participate in training, mentorship, and hands-on projects to build foundational skills in AI engineering and Microsoft cloud technologies.
