The Programme 

Femtosoft Technologies is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Web Design Intern to become part of our team.  
In this role, you will engage in dynamic projects, enhance your abilities, and play a vital role in our clients' success.  

This internship is a full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.  

It is essential to work in conjunction with other teams, such as SEO and content developers, and implement diverse instructional strategies based on their insights. 

What You Will Do 

• Evaluating and enhancing the website's design. 
• Setting up design protocols, standards, and optimal practices. 
• Upholding the visual integrity of websites by implementing content standards. 
• Creating visual elements for websites while ensuring alignment with client branding. 
• Integrating functionalities and features into the websites. 
• Developing prototype pages that include color schemes and typography. 
• Formulating design strategies and showcasing the website's architecture. 
• Create and build aesthetically pleasing websites. 
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface layouts. 
• Enhance websites for optimal performance and scalability. 
• Work closely with the development team to integrate website features and functionalities. 
• Guarantee compatibility across different browsers and ensure mobile responsiveness. 
• Keep informed about the latest trends and best practices in web design.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. 
• Familiarity with web design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 
• Understanding Laravel, WordPress, and PHP is advantageous. 
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and adept at problem-solving.
• Strong communication abilities and effective time management skills.  

Skills Required: 

• Should be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Should know how to make a webpage responsive. 
• Should be familiar with front-end frameworks which include angular and react. 
• Should know how to implement appropriate solutions related to cross-browser compatibility issues. 
• Should know how to design, build, and consume web APIs (Application Program Interfaces).
• The candidate should possess the capability to validate code, ensure it is devoid of bugs, and rectify any errors identified.
