In the capacity of an HR Executive, you will be instrumental in a range of HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the development and success of our organization.  

This position is intended to provide insight into various aspects of recruitment, employee relations, and human resources administration.  

You will collaborate closely with the head of HR, playing a vital role in fostering and sustaining a workplace culture that is both positive and inclusive. 

What You Will Do 

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by managing the posting of job vacancies, evaluating resumes, performing preliminary screenings, and organizing interview schedules. 
  • Oversee and engage in onboarding procedures for newly hired employees, guaranteeing a seamless integration into the company. 
  • Ensure the maintenance of precise and current employee records, both in physical documentation and within digital human resources systems. 
  • Contribute to the development and revision of human resources policies, procedures, and related documentation. 
  • Actively engage in fostering a constructive and respectful workplace atmosphere by implementing proactive strategies aimed at enhancing employee relations. 
  • Support the process of data input and examination concerning human resources metrics and reporting. 
  • Administrative responsibilities include composing written communications, overseeing scheduling activities, and coordinating meetings. 
  • Engage in partnership with the Human Resources team on a range of projects and initiatives designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and practices. 
  • Undertake additional human resources-related responsibilities and initiatives as designated. 
  • The Human Resources Intern will undertake various responsibilities, including the management of human resources functions and the formulation of organizational policies. 
  • The position will encompass the management of staff and support in the implementation of human resources initiatives. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Academic studies should be focused on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. 
  • Possessing robust communication and interpersonal abilities is crucial for effective interaction within a professional environment. 
  • A meticulous approach, coupled with outstanding organizational capabilities, is necessary for managing tasks efficiently. 
  • The capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive data with discretion is of paramount importance. 
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is expected to facilitate various administrative functions. 
  • Additionally, a proactive attitude and a strong desire to acquire knowledge about diverse elements of Human Resources are highly valued.
  • Demonstrating robust analytical abilities and a proactive approach to challenges is essential.

  • Organizational Competence: Demonstrated proficiency in organizational capabilities, administrative tasks, and meticulous attention to detail while overseeing a variety of human resources tasks and initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications: Possession of a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with foundational skills in data management. 
  • Learning Attitude: A proactive approach to acquiring knowledge regarding human resources methodologies, instruments, and optimal practices is essential. 
  • It is essential for the individual to possess the ability to rapidly assimilate new information and skills, coupled with a proactive and positive approach to challenges. 
  • Should possess effective interpersonal and people skills
  • The capacity to exercise a significant degree of discretion is essential when managing sensitive and confidential information, ensuring that such data is handled with the utmost care and propriety.
