2025/2026 EY Māori Intern Programme

Mā te kahukura ka rere te manu I With wings a bird will fly

At EY, we offer more than just an internship. We offer you the chance to build a truly exceptional career. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential.

Our Aotearoa EY business includes EY Tahi, a stand-alone, kaupapa Māori, member firm of EY global – a ‘firm within a firm’. Established in 2014 to compliment EY and provide the ‘best of both worlds’ in terms of global strength, and indigenous creativity and application, as part of the programme you may have the opportunity to support mahi being done by our EY Tahi team should this be of interest.

Through our coaching and training programmes, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future, – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond. Those who stand out may be offered a permanent role after graduation.
