You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working on meaningful projects that shape how we mine, safely, sustainably and efficiently. You’ll gain hands-on experience across:

  • Assessing mine site feasibility through geological surveys and data analysis
  • Supporting mine design and planning with a strong focus on safety and environmental responsibility
  • Identifying and managing operational risks on site
  • Contributing to improvement projects that boost performance and reliability
  • Taking part in capital works and shutdown projects, with opportunities to grow your leadership skills and even supervise small teams

You’ll apply core engineering principles in real-world settings, helping ensure our operations remain safe, productive, and forward-thinking. This is your chance to learn from industry leaders while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in mining.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Completing (or recently completed) a Bachelor of Mining Engineering or related field
  • Enjoy working in team environments and enjoy collaborating with different people
  • Love problem-solving, data analysis, and thinking on your feet
  • Resilient, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
