As a Mechanical Engineer in Supply Chain & Logistics you will

As a Mechanical Engineering Graduate in our Supply Chain & Logistics team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of sites within our Terminals and CQ Flyash operations. This role offers exposure to a broad range of mechanical systems, major projects, and supply chain activities, giving you a strong foundation in asset management, project delivery, and operational support.

You’ll rotate through key locations including Brisbane, Gladstone, Townsville and Sydney, where you’ll:

  • Support site improvement projects and post-installation activities related to new mechanical systems
  • Assist in the commissioning of new infrastructure to enhance loading, unloading and material handling processes
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of capital upgrades across different sites
  • Help roll out maintenance and reliability systems across the network
  • Participate in site audits and contribute to performance optimisation initiatives

This position is designed to build long-term capability, with a clear development pathway into future roles across our terminals and broader operations.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for curious, driven grads who want to hit the ground running in 2025. You’ll thrive here if you are:

  • Completing (or have recently completed) a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
  • Excited to apply your technical knowledge across a range of operating sites
  • Enjoy working on projects that involve logistics, infrastructure, and plant operations

  • Adaptable and thrive in diverse environments with differing technical challenges
  • Strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and seeing ideas through
  • Open to relocating for rotations (we’ll support you every step of the way) – key sites located in Brisbane, Gladstone, Townsville and Sydney
