  1. You are reliable and always keep your word.
  2. You have recently completed or are in your final year of a civil engineering or construction management degree.
  3. You don’t shy away from responsibility and take whatever action is required to get the job done.
  4. You’re self-motivated and take pride in meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
  5. You can effectively manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients.
  6. Ability to conduct audit reporting, record register management and quality control
  7. You have experience in the construction industry and want to hone your skills further.
  8. You are detail-oriented, organized, and computer proficient with project management software like Procore and Microsoft Office.

What the Role Entails:

  • Manage resources from start to completion of projects within budgetary and timeframe requirements.
  • Oversee and plan construction operations, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and lead site teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially clients.
  • Conduct audit reporting, manage quality control, and ensure all work meets industry standards.
