Bayer Radiology ANZ

The successful applicant will join the software quality assurance (QA) team within Bayer Radiology R&D to support design maintenance of the current product portfolio of Bayer CT Contrast Injectors as well as involvement in the development of new products and solutions for Bayer Radiology customers. This position will apply engineering principles to support software verification testing and design activities whilst gaining further skills and experience within an R&D environment.

The tasks and responsibilities of the position will include the following:

• Developing and maintaining test automation software (in Python language) for Bayer Radiology contrast injectors
• Developing verification test scripts for Bayer Radiology contrast injectors
• Collaborating with the device software team to troubleshoot issues

The position will suit a graduate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in Python is a must. Knowledge of C/C++ and embedded systems is advantageous. Location is in the suburb of Rydalmere within the Parramatta region of Sydney, Australia.

This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the option to extend, and will require a commitment of 38hrs/week. Proposed start date is sometime in July.
